About this home

The balcony of this one-bedroom faces the sea, and inside there is a dedicated laptop desk on 250 Mbps Wi-Fi, an LED smart TV and blackout blinds for sleeping in. The kitchen has a cooker with oven, a fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle, and utilities are covered for the length of the stay.

Port de La Mer sits on the Jumeirah 1 waterfront. Guests can use the building's pool and gym, reach the residents' private beach at no charge, and park in a private covered space; an EV charger is also available.

It suits a couple or a remote worker who wants the beach within reach. Self check-in, a private entrance and optional housekeeping keep things flexible, and a changing table is on hand for a baby.
