About this home

Polished wooden floors and a rustic island in the kitchen give this one-bedroom a relaxed, beach-house character. The living room has a sofa set and smart TV beside a dining area, and the bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. A balcony, a washing machine, a dishwasher and an in-room safe are included, and utilities and cable TV are covered.

La Cote is a group of six-storey buildings with a pool, an infinity pool, a gym, spa facilities, a shared courtyard, landscaped gardens, a children's play area and shops at ground level, all under 24-hour security. The beach is close by, and an allocated parking space comes with the flat. There is construction nearby, so some noise is possible at times.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. A cot and high chair are available, and folding beds can be added on request for a third guest.
