About this home

The Burj Khalifa is in sight from the king bed here, while the balcony takes in the marina and the city skyline. A sofa bed in the lounge sleeps two more, and the kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and coffee maker, opens to a dining area. There is also a desk, a smart TV, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower.

Port de La Mer's marina promenade, lined with cafés, is just outside, and the beach is a short walk with direct access for residents. The building pool looks out to sea, a gym is included, and parking within the building is free.

Self check-in uses a smart lock. A cot and high chair can be reserved, which makes it workable for a small family as well as a couple combining work and the beach.
