About this home

The balcony here takes in the whole of the Port de La Mer harbour, and the interior is new, with modern furniture and careful finishing touches. Inside are a desk, a dining table, blackout blinds and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso machine; a washer and dryer sit alongside.

Right outside the building are a pool, a gym, table tennis, a playground and waterfront walking paths, and the beach, the marina, cafés and shops are all close by. Parking on site is free.
