About this home

Terracotta tones and a blue-tiled powder room give this 22nd-floor one-bedroom a Mediterranean feel. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, dimmable lighting and a dining table with six designer chairs, and opens onto a balcony with a table for two, an open outlook over the Marina and a glimpse of the sea. In the open kitchen, an island with bar stools sits beside an induction hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. From the 180 cm king bed the Marina fills the floor-to-ceiling window; the bedroom adds a desk, a mirrored walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Sanibel is one of four Emaar towers forming Park Island, where residents have an infinity pool over the Marina, a gym, squash courts, a sauna and jacuzzi, barbecue areas and a playground, with security at all hours. Marina Walk is reached directly, the beach is about ten minutes on foot, and a parking space in the garage is reserved.
