About this home

Bright and simply arranged, this one-bedroom apartment has full-height windows and a private balcony with outdoor furniture facing the Marina skyline. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and a dining table and smart TV share the living space. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and blackout blinds, and a washing machine, beach towels and a welcome set of toiletries are provided.

Liv Marina is unusually well stocked for a residential tower: a swimming pool and children’s pool, a gym, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, a kids’ playroom and outdoor play area, a games, music and study room, a barbecue area, a lounge and even a virtual golf simulator. Reception and security run 24 hours a day, and one indoor parking space is free. Marina Walk, JBR, cafés and public transport are all close.

A cot can be added on request, and long stays are welcome.
