About this home

Both the living room and the bedroom look onto the marina and the skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass. The windows are fixed and there is no balcony, which keeps the rooms quiet and cool. The bedroom has a king bed and its own TV, while the lounge has a 65-inch smart TV with streaming, a desk and a wired Ethernet connection. A full bathroom plus a guest toilet, a kitchen with oven, hob and toaster, and a washing machine complete the layout.

The building on the Marina Promenade gives residents a pool with sun loungers, a gym and a private parking space at no cost. Marina Walk and its cafés begin at the front door, and the metro, Pier 7, Dubai Marina Mall and JBR Beach are all a short walk.
