Set high in the tower, this one-bedroom has a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in a sunny living room, so four can sleep here. A desk handles work, the kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee maker, and a main bathroom with a tub is backed up by a second WC so nobody has to queue. A balcony with a seat looks out over the city, and a washer and dryer are in the flat.

The building is a Hollywood-styled hotel and residence tower in Business Bay, a few minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and close to the metro.
