The bedroom holds two 160 cm queen beds, its own 65-inch smart TV and an en-suite, and a queen sofa bed in the living room brings the count to five. A second 65-inch TV, a corner sofa and a door to the balcony, which looks over the city lights towards the sea, fill the lounge, and the kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker beside a table for six. A washer-dryer, a bathtub and blackout shades are included.

Paramount Midtown is a 64-storey hotel and residence tower in Business Bay. The infinity pool opens 08:00 to 20:00, alongside a gym, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, kids' room, restaurants and a pool bar, with a mini-mart downstairs. Business Bay metro is a 10-minute walk, Kite Beach 12 to 15 minutes by car, and one private parking space is free.

Arrival is from 15:00 and departure by 11:00, and a cot and high chair are available on request.
