High up on the 35th floor, the windows take in three landmarks at once: the Burj Khalifa, the sea and the Burj Al Arab. Inside are a bedroom, a living area, a kitchen with oven and hob, a balcony and a desk, with two beds in all for a party of four. A washing machine, central air conditioning and hotel-grade linen are provided.

Residents of Peninsula Three get two pools with Burj views plus a paddling pool, a large Technogym gym, a yoga room, a lounge with billiards, padel, tennis and basketball courts, three ping-pong tables and an outdoor playground.
