The upper level of this penthouse is given over to a private terrace with a new Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, sun loungers, its own half bathroom and a view out to sea. Below, the living room has a smart TV, a sofa and a dining table for eight, and opens to a balcony. Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth two singles, each with an en-suite bathroom with a bath; the main bathroom adds a shower and bidet. A single in the maid's room, which has its own bathroom, brings capacity to nine.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster and coffee machine, and a washing machine is included. The building offers a beach and pool on the premises, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, a pool table and table tennis, with free parking.

Construction on the fifth floor outside the unit brings noise on weekdays during working hours and can partly block the view.
