Sand-coloured walls and a terracotta roof frame this five-bedroom villa, which sleeps ten and adds a separate maid's room. Ceilings are high and the open living spaces are hung with artwork; a broad beige sectional faces the TV, and the dining table sits close to a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Bathtubs, blackout blinds and an in-room safe are among the comforts.

Outside, sun loungers line the private pool and the gardens are planted with flowers, while a balcony and terrace look over the Palm towards the city skyline. The beach is only a few steps from the villa. Atlantis, The Pointe and the Burj Al Arab are all close, as are the supermarkets, cafés and restaurants of the Palm.
