About this home

Both bedrooms, the living room and the terrace of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment look straight at the Burj Khalifa and the fountain shows beneath it. The interior is designer-furnished, blackout blinds keep the bedrooms dark when needed, and a TV with streaming apps, a washing machine and a dryer are included, along with an in-room safe for valuables.

The building in central Downtown Dubai has a shared swimming pool, a gym and a barbecue area, and parking on site is free.

Self check-in by smart lock makes arrival simple, and the layout suits two couples or a small family who want the fountain on their doorstep.
