About this home

Two queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room sleep a party of six in this high-floor apartment, and from each room the outlook is Burj Khalifa with the Dubai Fountain at its base. A 65-inch Ultra HD TV and a PlayStation 5 sit in the lounge, there are two full bathrooms, and every bedroom has a wardrobe, a safe and blackout curtains. Morning coffee can be taken on the private balcony while the fountain performs on the half hour.

The kitchen comes with a double-door fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine, plus a dining table for four. Residents use an infinity pool facing Burj Khalifa, a gym, a children's pool with indoor and outdoor play areas, a yoga studio and a lounge. Dubai Opera is half a minute away, the fountain three minutes and Dubai Mall six.

Check-in can be arranged by day or night, with help bringing bags up, and housekeeping, a cot and a high chair are available.
