About this home

Both bedrooms, the lounge, the kitchen, the dining area and the balcony all look onto the Burj Khalifa and the fountain in this 111 m² apartment. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other a king, each with memory-foam mattresses and blackout curtains, and a sofa bed with a topper in the living room adds space. Smart TVs are fitted in every room, with a 65-inch screen in the lounge, plus board games, a leg massager and decorative pieces from Morocco.

Cooking is on a four-burner gas hob, alongside a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine with frother. Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and the fountain are two to three minutes away on foot, and the building has a gym, a pool, a children’s playroom and free parking.

Arrivals are accepted any time from 15:00, including late at night, and a PS5 and a cot can be requested.
