From a lower floor of The Grand, the view runs across the pool deck and Dubai Creek to the Downtown skyline, with the Burj Khalifa in the distance. Full-height glass lights the living and dining space, and a private balcony faces the same panorama. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a tub, plus a modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a smart TV.

The Grand, built by Emaar, gives residents an infinity pool, a children’s pool and play area, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, tennis and badminton courts and a multi-purpose hall, with 24-hour security and covered parking. The Creek Harbour promenades, cafés and restaurants are on the doorstep.
