About this home

Marina views and plenty of daylight set the mood in this two-bedroom apartment, where large windows line the living and dining area and a private balcony with outdoor seating looks over the water. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and there are two modern bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and a washer, dryer, central air conditioning and a smart TV complete the set-up. A desk corner handles laptop work.

LIV Waterside is built around wellness: separate adults’ and children’s pools with cabanas, a gym, indoor and outdoor yoga, a spa lounge, a salt cave, cold plunge pools, a sauna and steam room. There is also a residents’ café, a private cinema, virtual golf, a billiards room, meeting rooms with work pods and a play area for children. Marina Walk is close, and JBR about five minutes away.
