Set in Studio One Tower on the Dubai Marina side, this two-bedroom apartment opens onto a fully glazed balcony with seating and a direct view of the water. Both bedrooms have queen beds, dressing tables and fitted wardrobes, and the first has its own bathroom; both bathrooms use walk-in showers. The lounge has a deep sofa, a 55-inch smart TV with streaming and a table for four.

A gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, four-slice toaster and Nespresso machine equip the kitchen, with a washing machine alongside. Residents share a heated outdoor pool with cabanas, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, and the lobby is staffed around the clock.

The Marina promenade starts at the door and JBR beach is a 12-minute walk. Wi-Fi tests at about 335 Mbps, and a travel cot, high chair and beach towels are available.
