About this home

Four king beds, a bunk bed and a folding bed spread twelve guests over five bedrooms here. Two of the three main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the master suite has its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, and a compact fifth room with bunks has a bathroom of its own, useful for children or a nanny. The lounge gathers three sofas around a 65-inch screen, with a PlayStation 4 and games, and decorative lighting and wall finishes give the rooms a dressed-up feel.

The balcony, the lounge and the master bedroom all face the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain from high up. The complex adds a gym, a pool with sun loungers, a play area for children, a mini cinema, a squash court and a business centre, while a pharmacy, beauty salon, convenience store and restaurants are on site or steps away. Dubai Mall is next door and the airport roughly 15 minutes off.

Free parking and smart-lock self check-in keep arrivals straightforward.
