About this home

Every one of the five bedrooms here has a king bed, quality linen and blackout blinds, and each looks out over the skyline or Downtown. The main bedroom adds a sitting corner and its own balcony terrace. In the living and dining area, full-height glass leads to a private balcony facing the Burj Khalifa and the nightly fountain shows, and the table seats eight with the tower in view. Two bathrooms plus a separate guest WC serve the home, alongside a 75-inch smart TV, a work area, central air conditioning and a washer and dryer.

The Fountain, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are all a short walk from The Residences. Building facilities include an infinity pool open around the clock, a gym, a squash court, a children's play area and a 24-hour reception, and two cars park free on site. The kitchen is equipped for cooking as a group, with oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Check-out is at 11:00. It is sized for two or three families travelling together, up to ten guests.
