It is the owner's own home, furnished with Scandinavian touches and personal artwork. The king bed looks towards the Marina skyline, the en-suite has twin basins, a bathtub and a rain shower, and the living room has a sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV with IPTV and built-in Sonos sound.
