About this home

Nothing stands between the balcony and the Arabian Gulf here, and the living room is deliberately left without curtains so the light and the water stay in view all day. The bedroom has a king bed, plenty of storage and blackout blinds, and a guest WC sits off the open-plan living and dining space. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a washing machine is in the apartment.

Tiara Residences gives residents a private beach with loungers, an infinity pool facing the Gulf, a hot tub, a gym, on-site dining and 24-hour security, with free parking. Atlantis, Nakheel Mall, The Pointe and several beach clubs are a few minutes away.

Entry is by smart lock. Stays of 28 nights or more include weekly cleaning with fresh linen, a laundry pick-up service is available, and the shower pressure is on the gentle side.
