About this home

Two views compete from the private balcony of this studio: the Burj Khalifa on the skyline and the pool directly below. The room holds a king bed and a 42-inch smart TV, and the kitchen is complete, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender. There is a full bathroom, a washing machine and a desk for laptop work.

The building forms part of Azizi Riviera in Meydan, with a pool, a gym, a children's play area, a residents' lounge, a barbecue space and security around the clock, plus free parking. Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Mall are a short drive away.

Self check-in by smart lock, cleaning on request and a welcome for long stays make it workable for remote workers as well as holidaymakers.
