Completed in August 2025, this 48 m² studio occupies the highest floor of its Azizi Riviera building and is finished in marble. It has a queen bed, a 43-inch smart TV with a Fire Stick, a full kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine, a bright nook that serves as dining table and desk, a shower room and a private balcony with seating and open views. A washing machine is installed.

Azizi Riviera is a large residential development in Meydan, with a shared pool and gym among its facilities. Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall are around ten minutes away by car, DXB airport fifteen, and Dubai Marina twenty.
