Spread over roughly 372 m² and refurbished in 2023, this penthouse faces Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island from the living room, the kitchen and three of the bedrooms. The lounge divides into dining, TV and bar zones around an 8 ft pool table. Three bedrooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms; the fourth, a smaller room with a compact double bed, has its own bathroom area, a walk-in closet and a skylight that brings in daylight.

The kitchen is new, with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and water dispenser, and a separate laundry corner holds the washer and dryer. Al Fattan Marine Tower gives residents a pool, a gym and a spa, and two covered parking spaces come free with the stay. JBR is one of the city's liveliest districts, so expect some music and traffic noise on weekend nights.
