About this home

The layout here separates a proper bedroom, fitted with a queen bed, from a living room where a sofa bed takes a third guest. Across 48 m² there is also a renovated kitchen with dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine and toaster, a balcony with outdoor seating, a desk for work and ample cupboard space for large luggage.

Inside the building, a supermarket stays open around the clock, and residents share a refurbished pool with sun loungers, a gym, a sauna and a pool table. JBR Beach and the metro are each a few minutes on foot, Dubai Marina Mall is a little further, and Bluewaters Island with Ain Dubai is about 10 minutes’ walk. By taxi or metro, the Burj Al Arab is around 15 minutes, Downtown 20 and Business Bay 25.

Self check-in, a cot and high chair and optional housekeeping make it workable for a small family as well as a couple.
