Occupying a corner of the tower, this two-bedroom apartment of around 111 m² takes in Dubai Marina on one side and the Jumeirah coastline on the other. Both bedrooms have king beds and bathrooms of their own, with a guest cloakroom and a private balcony. In the kitchen there is a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, and a washer and work desk help on longer visits.

JBR beach is directly across the road, and cafés, bars and shops line the streets around it. Within the development you will find a large pool, a hot tub, a gym, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundry and open space on the plaza level.
