Six bedrooms and a maid's room give this newly built villa space for 14. Four bedrooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a fifth king room opens onto the balcony, and a sixth with a single bed has its own bathroom and steps out to the rooftop terrace; a king-size sofa bed in the living room and a single in the maid's room take the rest. There are five full and two half bathrooms, a show kitchen with a separate chef's kitchen, and a six-seat dining table.

The private garden has outdoor seating and a dining table. Arabian Ranches 3 is gated, with 24-hour security, parks, playgrounds, several pools including a children's pool, a lazy river and water slides; the nearest pool and the gym are about two minutes on foot, and the community mall is 10 to 15. Global Village and IMG Worlds are close, and Downtown is about 20 minutes by car.
