About this home

Set directly in front of the community’s lazy river pool, this four-bedroom townhouse has three and a half bathrooms and sleeps nine. The open-plan living and dining room leads onto a private patio and garden, and the sofa folds out into a queen bed. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and a five-seat dining table, with a washing machine, blackout blinds and a games console elsewhere in the house.

Sun is one of the clusters of Arabian Ranches 3, on the edge of Dubailand. Residents share a modern gym, several children’s play areas, barbecue and picnic spots and table tennis, plus five further pools across the community. Groceries and restaurants are a two-minute drive or about ten minutes on foot, Global Village is 15 minutes by car, Dubai Mall 22 and Dubai Marina 25.
