The principal bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom, two further rooms have queen beds, and a fourth combines a single bed with a sofa. Downstairs, an open kitchen with a dishwasher leads to a dining area for eight and a lounge with a sofa set and smart TV. Four full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and two balconies complete the layout.

Out back, the yard has a seating area for meals in the open air. Parkside 2 residents share a community pool, a fitness centre, jogging trails, barbecue areas, gardens, children’s play areas and a community hall, and the house comes with two parking places.
