About this home

Every bedroom in this corner townhouse has its own bathroom. The master has a king bed, a 65-inch smart TV and a rollaway single; the second and third rooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth has a single, suited to an extra guest or a nanny. Downstairs, large windows brighten the living room, which is anchored by a 75-inch smart TV, an eight-seat dining table and a closed kitchen with a dishwasher.

The private garden backs straight onto a green community park and has outdoor furniture for meals in the open air. The Pulse Villas is a gated, family-oriented community with a shared pool, a gym, jogging tracks and play areas, and groceries, pharmacies, cafés and casual restaurants are within easy reach.

Self check-in by lockbox, one dedicated parking space, wired internet and housekeeping on request make it workable for long stays within reach of Al Maktoum airport and Expo City.
