About this home

Each of the two bedrooms here has its own bathroom, and the main room opens onto a generous balcony that looks across the water to the Dubai Marina towers. Soft seating and a smart TV fill the lounge, a dining table sits alongside, and the kitchen is set up for proper meals with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A washer, a dryer, a work desk and blackout blinds cover the practical side.

The tower stands on West Beach, the western shore of Palm Jumeirah, with security and a concierge around the clock, covered parking and a fitness centre. Its own pool is currently out of service, so guests are given access to the pools and beach of a nearby hotel, a two-minute walk away. Beach clubs and restaurants are close at hand.

Self check-in opens at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. A cot, child safety gear and board games make it workable for a small family.
