The main bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite with both bath and shower, while the second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom. In the living room, a 60-inch smart TV, a sofa that sleeps one more guest and a separate WC complete the layout.

The kitchen is equipped for family cooking with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. The 8 gives residents a beach, a swimming pool and a gym at no charge, plus free underground parking, and a children's playroom with books and toys keeps younger guests busy.
