Rather than one large home, this booking pairs two separate three-bedroom apartments in the same tower, one on the 46th floor and one on the 52nd. The lower unit has a king suite with its own bathroom, a room with a queen and a single, and one with two doubles; the upper has a double plus single in an en-suite main room, a king room, and an en-suite room with two kings. Each living room has a sofa bed, a 65-inch TV and a balcony over Downtown, and between them there are five full bathrooms and a powder room. Both kitchens include an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, with a washer and dryer in each laundry cupboard.

Paramount Midtown's 64th-floor infinity pool is open from 07:00 to 19:00, alongside a gym, Malibu Sky Lounge, restaurants and a grocery store; the spa and kids' playroom are charged extra. Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are about 15 minutes on foot.
