About this home

Italian furniture and sculptural Pagani details run through this residence, from the deep green sofa and Fendi carpets to the Yamaha upright piano in the living room. Three bedrooms and an extra guest room all have Hästens beds, and the main bedroom includes a work desk. The kitchen pairs Miele appliances with a Thermomix, a built-in wine cooler, a SMEG toaster and kettle and a Nespresso machine; Miele laundry machines and a Dyson hairdryer complete the kit.

A furnished private balcony looks over the Dubai Water Canal and the skyline. Pagani Residences has a branded lobby with reception and visitor seating, a rooftop pool and a gym.

With four and a half bathrooms for up to six guests, it suits families or friends who value design and want room to spread out.
