About this home

Ain Dubai and the open Gulf fill the view from both balconies of this One JBR apartment. Three bedrooms each have a king bed and their own bathroom, and a fourth room, designed as an assistant's quarters, has an attached bathroom too; a powder room serves the living area. The open kitchen leads to a dining table that seats ten, and a smart TV faces the sofa set.

One JBR is a beachfront tower looking out to the Gulf, the Marina and the Palm. Residents have an infinity pool, a gym, spa facilities, a children's play area and direct access to the sand, with allocated parking and round-the-clock security.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Seven guests fit comfortably, which suits a family travelling with a nanny or a group of friends.
