About this home

Each of the three bedrooms in this penthouse has an en-suite bathroom, and the master adds a steam shower plus a big walk-in wardrobe. There are two living rooms, one arranged around a grand piano, plus dining for eight and a kitchen with Miele appliances and bar stools. Ceiling speakers, electric blinds and ambient lighting run on a smart-home system, and the wide balcony looks across the sea to Ain Dubai, Bluewaters, Atlantis The Royal and the Burj Al Arab.

Al Bateen Residences has its own private beach, reached directly from the building, along with a gym, a sun deck, round-the-clock concierge and security, and secure parking. Bluewaters Island, The Walk at JBR and plenty of cafés and restaurants are close by.

Housekeeping visits every other day, morning or afternoon as you prefer, and linen is changed every fortnight, which works well for families staying a week or more. Check-in is from 15:00, and there is a dedicated workspace.
