About this home

Calm neutral tones and very little clutter suit a group of this size. Thirteen guests sleep across three king rooms, a fourth with two queens, a single in the maid’s room and a living-room sofa bed for two; the main bedroom has its own bathroom and three more serve the rest. In the lounge, curved sofas and a 65-inch smart TV sit beside windows to the floor and a balcony looking over the marina. The kitchen is fitted with stainless-steel appliances and a quartz island, and eight can sit down to dinner together.

Step out and Marina Walk, the moored yachts and a long line of cafés are about a minute away. The metro, Marina Beach and Dubai Marina Mall are each roughly ten minutes on foot. Inside the building there are three pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room, a gym open 24 hours and a billiards room, with free parking available on request.

A washer, dryer, Ethernet port and cot on request round out the practical side.
