Pared-back design and wide marina views define this five-bedroom apartment. Curved sofas, an L-shaped sectional and a 65-inch smart TV share the living room, which also has a sofa bed for two and doors to a balcony over the water. A quartz island, oven, stove and coffee maker equip the kitchen, and the dining table seats eight. Three bedrooms have king beds, the main one with its own bathroom, the fourth has two queens, and a compact maid’s room holds a single. Four bathrooms with walk-in showers serve the whole home.

Residents of the tower share three pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, a billiards room and a gym open around the clock, and parking can be arranged at no charge. Marina Walk and its yachts are a minute away, while the metro, Marina Beach and Dubai Marina Mall are each about ten minutes on foot.
