About this home

Unusually for Dubai Marina, this is a standalone villa rather than a tower flat. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, sleep six, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and a dining table. Outside, a large patio with furniture and a private backyard with a barbecue give room to eat and relax in the open air. The upstairs terrace is not part of the rental.

The villa sits by the marina waterfront, with restaurants and cafés a short stroll away. Guests can use a shared pool and gym, and parking on site is free.
