About this home

Yachts slipping along the Marina canal are the everyday view from the balcony of this three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment. A floating bed is among the sleeping options that let ten people stay, and the bright living area gives a group room to spread out. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and there is a washer and dryer.

Marina Walk, with its cafés, supermarkets and promenade, is about a minute away, DMCC metro station roughly eight minutes on foot and JBR Beach around twelve. The building has a gym and a shared pool, and free parking is available on site.

A children's playroom, books, a cot on request and blackout blinds help families settle in.
