Sleeping space is the point of this apartment. The enclosed bedroom has a queen bed plus a single and an en-suite with a bathtub, while part of the living room is screened off by a divider to form a second sleeping area with a queen-size floating bed and its own en-suite shower room. A sofa bed takes one more guest. An L-shaped sofa faces a 55-inch smart TV, the kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz worktops and an island, and a table seats four. Doors lead out to a very large balcony laid out as a patio for meals outside.

Marina Walk and the moored yachts are about a minute from the door, the metro roughly 10 minutes on foot, and Marina Beach and Dubai Marina Mall about 15. The building has a pool, gym, sauna, children’s play area, lounge and 24-hour security.
