About this home

Sliding glass doors light the open living room, furnished with a pale grey sofa, peach armchairs, tropical prints and a wide wall-facing TV. Grey upholstered dining chairs under pendant lights lead into a kitchen with granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances. The king bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and a built-in wardrobe, and the bathroom combines a rainfall walk-in shower with a bathtub. From the balcony, with its wooden seats and glass balustrade, the view takes in the pool and the city.

Up on the roof, an infinity pool with loungers and a pergola looks out across the area, and the building adds a gym with daylight, a hot tub, a tennis court and a shared barbecue spot.

A desk, washer and dryer, streaming-ready TV and a travel cot or high chair on request make it work for couples, small families and remote workers.
