About this home

The bedroom holds a super king zip bed, and the open-plan living room is bright enough to work from during the day, with fast Wi-Fi and a TV for the evening. The kitchen is properly equipped: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, with a dining table alongside. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are in the flat, and the balcony looks over the surrounding community.

The block stands in Al Majan, a quiet and still-growing part of Dubailand with straightforward links to the main roads. Residents share a swimming pool and a gym, the building has round-the-clock security and a concierge desk, and parking on site is free.

Self check-in and an allowance for long stays make it a practical base for business travellers, remote workers or anyone in the middle of a move to Dubai.
