About this home

Panoramic windows in this studio frame the sea and Palm Jumeirah, and skydivers can often be seen coming down over the water. The single open room is generously sized and newly furnished, with two beds, a dining table, a desk area and a kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and kettle. The balcony looks down over Dubai Marina and the building's pools.

Cafés and restaurants along the beach are a few minutes' walk, the sand itself about three to five minutes, and the JBR 2 tram stop roughly 500 metres away. Residents share pools, a gym, a garden with barbecue and a children's playground, and a parking space is provided free.

Sockets are UK-style type G, so bring an adapter for devices with European plugs.
