About this home

Both bedrooms in this high-floor apartment look out over the Burj Khalifa and the fountain displays below it. A 65-inch smart TV anchors the living room and a 50-inch set sits in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked well beyond the basics, with a cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sharp knives, a pizza pan and wine glasses, while a washing machine, steamer and drying rack take care of laundry.

Burj Royale is a recent Emaar tower, handed over in 2023, with a shared pool, a gym and a barbecue area. Dubai Mall is roughly five minutes away on foot, and a Carrefour supermarket sits across the road, about two minutes’ walk. One indoor parking space is included.

Self check-in, a cot on request and starter supplies of tea, coffee and toiletries make the first evening easy for families of up to six.
