About this home

King beds in both rooms, blackout shades and reading lamps by each bed set this two-bedroom apartment up for good sleep. The living room has a shaped sofa and a smart TV, and its full-height windows frame the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain while keeping the space private. Quartz worktops and a central island give the kitchen plenty of room, with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and a dining table leads to the balcony. There are two and a half bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The apartment sits on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Guests have the building pool and a concierge desk staffed around the clock, and parking is free. Grocery shops and restaurants are about two minutes away, while Dubai Mall, the Fountain and the metro are around five minutes on foot.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A cot, a high chair and an in-room safe are provided.
