The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a bathroom with shower, bath and bidet. Bedrooms two and three each have a queen bed, a TV and an en-suite shower room, the second with its own balcony access, and a smaller fourth room fitted with a single bed has its own bathroom too.

The kitchen comes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, and there is a washing machine. FIVE Palm Jumeirah residents share the main pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym and the beach in front of the building, and parking is free.
