Inside, two sofas, a smart TV and a six-seat dining table fill the living room. The main bedroom pairs a king bed with a single and has an en-suite with bathtub; the second has two single beds; the third, a former maid's room, holds one single bed and has a bathroom attached.

Cooking is straightforward with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and toaster. Ellington Beach House is a newly built residence on Palm Jumeirah, and its pool, gym and underground parking are included, with beach access as well.
