Reached by lift on the first floor, the studio is arranged as one open space with a king-size bed, a dining table and a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Glazing from floor to ceiling opens to a large balcony with outdoor furniture and a view of the city skyline. Towels and toiletries are supplied in the bathroom.

The building stands in a calm residential community in the Mirdif and Al Warqa area, around 16 to 17 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai.
